HRANA – food concept by Alina Săftulescu, marks 35 years since the Romanian Revolution and explores the theme of freedom through a menu that blends traditional Balkan recipes with modern techniques.
Meniul va cuprinde preparate care ne amintesc de “chermezele” anilor ’80: de la sandwich-uri cu salam de Sibiu și brânză rasă, piftia, ouăle umplute, salată de boeuf ori crema de pește și salata de icre. Meniul gândit pentru ediția TAIFAS 2024 este întocmai acest festin versus o heterotopie culinară personală, așezată peste el, cu ingrediente și tehnici moderne.
