HRANA, 3rd edition: An ode to the fragrant and frivolous sarma, our dish of every celebration, brings to the table a feast of reinterpreted and reinvented rolls. Gourmet sarma, indeed! (after the recipe of master Păstorel Teodoreanu), proud and generous Banat-style sarma, Greek sarma with lamb and a hint of mint, Turkish sarma with veal and pomegranate, Southern-style sarma with duck and thyme, as well as sweet surprises such as sarma with colivă wrapped in caramelized vine leaves, and sarma filled with sweet cheese mousse and soaked walnuts.
Food concept: Alina Sǎftulescu
Guest of many pots: Melissa Ivana
Guest of words and crafted writing: Camelia Burghelea, who will launch her book “Sarmale and Serotonin” during the event.
🎟️ Tickets: 150 lei. Limited seats—reserve your spot early!

about Melissa Ivana
Melissa Ivana about Melissa Ivana: She grew up in a family where cooking never seemed to stop, between Banatul Montan and Teleorman, surrounded by sarma, potatoes, and poultry broth. “I think I take things a step further,” she says, as her passion for cuisines from all over the world inspires her to reinvent any stuffed dish, while always keeping the essence of home: the taste that awakens memories.
