HRANA – food concept by Alina Săftulescu

October 17, 8 PM

Reciproc Café - Bastion Timișoara

On October 17, at 8:00 PM, join us at Reciproc for a unique gastronomic event as part of the second edition of the Taifas Balkan Film and Culture Festival.

HRANA – food concept by Alina Săftulescu, marks 35 years since the Romanian Revolution and explores the theme of freedom through a menu that blends traditional Balkan recipes with modern techniques.

The menu will feature dishes reminiscent of the 1980s celebrations, including sandwiches with salami from Sibiu and grated cheese, jellied meat, stuffed eggs, boeuf salad, fish spread, and caviar salad. Designed specifically for TAIFAS 2024, this feast combines culinary traditions with a personal touch, utilizing modern ingredients and techniques.

🎟️ Tickets: 150 lei. Limited seats—reserve your spot early!
