the Balkan film and culture festival announces its presence in the Artisan Gastronomy Festival LA PAS.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2bf7b99 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2bf7b99\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Synopsis: on Saturday and Sunday, October 14 and 15, we cordially invite you to the TAIFAS stand, let's make sausage and magiun together. Behind the cauldrons and in the main role will be Mr. Cornel Baroi, with deep roots in the land of the Mom\u00e2rlans (Uricani, Hunedoara county). He is not only a dedicated teacher, but also passionate about local gastronomy, carrying on traditions through stories and authentic dishes.<\/p><p>Those curious to discover the secrets of making zucusca and an authentic magiun are welcome to join us for the preparation of eggplants and bell peppers, the boiling of plums and, of course, many, many stories and culinary instructions.<\/p><p>Most important to note: some of the jars will remain open, ready for immediate tasting, while others will be kept to be enjoyed during the Taifas Festival, between November 6 and 12. That's how the saying goes: it's cooked at LA PAS, it's served at Taifas!<\/p><p>\u2026\u2026 with the ingredients:<br \/>Zacusca according to the recipe from the Land of Mom\u00e2rlani<br \/>eggplant, bell pepper or kapia, onion, oil, tomato broth, salt, pepper, garlic.<\/p><p>Magiun (lictar \/ liptar \/ silvoizi \/ solv\u0103i\u0219i)<br \/>very well-ripened plums.<\/p><p>Free entrance.
